After conducting a large study over 18 countries and 10 years, it was found that eating “bad” carbohydrates can be worse that eating fat in a persons diet. Bad carbohydrates are more prevalent in low to middle class income areas. The carbs include more processed foods high in carbohydrates( grains, beans, etc.)It was also found that eating more than the recommended 3-4 servings of fruit and vegetables per day, while not negative, may produce diminishing positives to a persons diet.
